Job Scope:

  • To provide administrative support for the full suite of legal conveyancing services provided in relation to changes in the flat ownership or flat title arising from resale, death, surrender or purchase of recess area. Duties would include checking of cases submitted by the operating groups (EAPG or HMG), preparation of legal instruments using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), checking the accuracy of data in legal instruments, liaising with operating groups and other stakeholders (such as solicitors and SLA) on issues relating to the conveyancing transaction, stamping of documents, lodging documents in SLA’s Electronic Lodgement System and updating the Legal Conveyancing System.
  • To carry out other administrative and ad-hoc duties such as printing, filing and posting documents, as and when required.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, preferably with RPA and/or legal knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), possess good verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

$15/hour Mon-Fri office hours Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year
