Unser inhabergeführtes Team besteht aus knapp 50 hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitenden, die täglich an spannenden Projekten im Bereich Online-Marketing arbeiten. Deine Rolle

Du denkst analytisch, schätzt agile Prozesse und willst echten Impact haben? Unser 8-köpfiges Entwicklerteam bei ADCELL sucht Verstärkung im Backend, um unser Netzwerk aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen außerdem:

  • Entwurf zukunftssicherer. modularer Architekturen für verteilte Systeme sowie sichere Migration gewachsener Legacy-Strukturen und Integration externer Plattformen.
  • Strategische Planung komplexer Features und Systeme, Erstellung von Fallback-Lösungen und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit dem Fachbereich.
  • Entwicklung moderner PHP- und JavaScript-Anwendungen inkl. Architektur und Performance-Optimierung bei großen Datenbeständen.
  • Sicherung der Code-Qualität durch Reviews und Teststrategien sowie systematische Fehleranalyse im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Zielgerichteter Einsatz moderner KI-Tools als Entwicklungs-Assistenz gestützt auf Deine technische Expertise und Qualitätsverantwortung.
  • Aktiver Wissensaufbau, Mentoring und fachlicher Austausch auf Augenhöhe zur gezielten Teamentwicklung.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Mehr als fünf Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Architektur von Webanwendungen.
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in objektorientiertem PHP, gängigen Frameworks sowie Clean Code und Entwurfsmustern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen JavaScript-Frameworks.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Entwurf und in der Optimierung von Datenbanken.
  • Teamgeist und Freude am Programmieren.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.
