Deine Aufgaben

* Inhouse\-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst Anpassungen, Erweiterungen und Reports in AL (Visual Studio Code) direkt in Business Central – von der Anforderung über die Umsetzung bis zum Deployment.

* Schnittstellen und Integrationen: Du betreust und erweiterst die Anbindungen an Shop/Auftragssystem, Lager und mobile Scanner, Versanddienstleister und Schnittstellen\-Partner.

* Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale in Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Versand und Retouren und setzt sie gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen um.

* Release\- und Testmanagement: Du planst und testest Business\-Central\-Updates, hältst unsere Extensions kompatibel und sorgst für einen stabilen Betrieb.

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Partner: Bei grösseren Projekten definierst du die Anforderungen, koordinierst die Umsetzung mit unserem ERP\-Partner und nimmst die Ergebnisse ab.

* Support: Du bist 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden, analysierst Störungen und sorgst für eine rasche Wiederaufnahme der betroffenen Prozesse.

* Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer: Du dokumentierst Lösungen und Prozesse und verankerst das ERP\-Wissen im Unternehmen.

Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik – oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung.

* Mindestens 3\-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder Dynamics NAV.

* Entwicklungskenntnisse in AL und Visual Studio Code (oder C/AL mit der Bereitschaft, auf AL umzusteigen).

* Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen der Fachbereiche in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität: Du packst an, statt zu warten.

* Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden und die Fähigkeit, Technisches verständlich zu erklären.

* Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch für Dokumentation und Partnerkontakt.

Von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in einem Logistik\- oder Handelsbetrieb (Lager, Kommissionierung, Versand).

* SQL, REST\-APIs und Webservices.

* Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Azure DevOps oder Git.
