Landmeter / Revisietekenaar

Wil jij aan de basis staan van uiteenlopende civiele projecten? Wij zoeken een Landmeter / Revisietekenaar die AutoCAD stevig in de vingers heeft.

Als Landmeter / Revisietekenaar ben jij de schakel tussen de opdrachtgever en de collega’s die het werk uitvoeren. In jouw functie verricht je zowel binnen- als buitenwerk. Je verwerkt digitale meetgegevens tot scherpe revisietekeningen, werkt nauw samen met de uitvoering en draagt actief bij aan kwaliteit en optimalisatie. Hybride werken? Zeker. Jij werkt 80% op kantoor in Zaandam en 20% op de projecten in jouw regio.

Wat valt er onder jouw takenpakket?

  • Inventariseren van situatie op locatie;
  • Aanpassen van bestaande tekeningen;
  • Opstellen van civieltechnische ontwerpen/tekeningen;
  • Verrichten van inmetingen;
  • Tijdig uitzetten en controleren van meetpunten;
  • Opstellen van 3D kraanmodellen;
  • Verwerken van meetgegevens tot revisietekeningen;
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen van de besteksmaatvoering en meetgegevens;
  • Instrueren van de uitvoering m.b.t. maatvoering;
  • Verwerken van gegevens in AutoCAD;

Je komt te werken binnen een bedrijf waarin een mooie mix is van jong talent en ervaren vakmensen. Jij wordt voortdurend gestimuleerd om je door te ontwikkelen. Jij beschikt over

  • Kennis en ervaring met Civil 3D;
  • Inzicht en kennis van rioolwerk / (ondergrondse) infra en de NLCS tekenstandaard;
  • Je beschikt over nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail en hebt affiniteit met landmeten;
  • Opleidingsniveau mbo niveau 4, bij voorkeur in civiele techniek, weg- en waterbouwkunde.
