Vår kund söker en erfaren projektledare som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för kommersiella byggprojekt i Stockholmsområdet. Projekten varierar i omfattning och innefattar bland annat nybyggnation, renovering, ombyggnad och tillbyggnad av kommersiella fastigheter.

Du driver självständigt dina projekt från planering och uppstart till överlämning och avslut, med ansvar för att projekten genomförs enligt uppsatta mål avseende tid, kvalitet, ekonomi, lönsamhet och arbetsmiljö. Rollen innebär ett stort eget mandat och nära samarbete med såväl beställare som underentreprenörer, konsulter, leverantörer och myndigheter.

I rollen arbetar du bland annat med projektplanering, budget och ekonomisk uppföljning, prognoser, tidplaner, anbud och kalkyl, kontrakt och avtal, ÄTA-hantering, upphandling och inköp samt projekterings- och installationssamordning. Du ansvarar även för resursplanering, riskhantering och löpande kontakt med projektets olika intressenter.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet från byggbranschen och är van vid att självständigt driva byggprojekt med ett tydligt helhetsansvar. Du har ett starkt byggtekniskt kunnande och en god förståelse för produktionen, gärna grundad i praktisk erfarenhet från byggarbetsplats.

Som person är du självständig, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Du är trygg i att leda och samordna många olika aktörer och trivs i en roll där du får stort mandat och förväntas fatta egna beslut. Du är kommunikativ, relationsskapande och har ett affärsmässigt förhållningssätt med fokus på projektens ekonomi och lönsamhet.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet från byggbranschen, varav 2–5 år i en projektledande- och eller platschefs roll inom entreprenadverksamhet
  • Har erfarenhet av att självständigt driva större byggprojekt med ekonomiskt ansvar
  • Har erfarenhet av att driva och hantera flera byggprojekt parallellt.
  • Har gediget byggtekniskt kunnande och erfarenhet av kommersiella byggprojekt
  • Har erfarenhet av projektplanering, kalkyl, budget, prognos, tidplan och ekonomisk uppföljning
  • Har erfarenhet av upphandling, inköp, avtal och ÄTA-hantering
  • Har god förståelse för entreprenadjuridik
