Depuis l'origine, son identité est celle d'un commerçant dans son temps. BUT a inventé le prêt-à-meubler dans les années 1970 pour démocratiser l'accès à l'ameublement, l'équipement et la décoration des intérieurs.

Toujours attribué au « bien-habiter », BUT est aujourd'hui devenu le 1er réseau d'équipement de la maison, omnicanal et multi spécialiste, avec plus de 340 magasins en France.

Description du poste

Bien sûr, vous suivez et pilotez des indicateurs de performance de votre magasin au quotidien… mais deux choses vous animent encore plus : le bien être de votre équipe et la satisfaction de vos clients.

Vous pilotez votre magasin avec une très belle énergie communicative et vous intervenez sur des sujets très variés dans une même journée. Accueillir un client, accompagner un collaborateur, recevoir un candidat, échanger avec un fournisseur, programmer une formation, mettre en place un nouveau merch ou une nouvelle communication, lancer un projet, élaborer un budget, contrôler les stocks... On continue ou vous vous y voyez déjà ?

Vous sentir porté par la confiance que l’on vous témoigne décuple votre énergie. Autonomie, agilité et la réussite collective en ligne de mire : en bref, tout vous !

La mobilité géographique est un élément clé et indispensable, elle vous permettra d'évoluer au sein de notre réseau. Cette mobilité devra s’exercer sur un périmètre couvrant au minimum 30 magasins.
