Depuis l'origine, son identité est celle d'un commerçant dans son temps. BUT a inventé le prêt-à-meubler dans les années 1970 pour démocratiser l'accès à l'ameublement, l'équipement et la décoration des intérieurs.

Toujours attribué au « bien-habiter », BUT est aujourd'hui devenu le 1er réseau d'équipement de la maison, omnicanal et multi spécialiste, avec plus de 340 magasins en France.

Description du poste

Au cœur de l’expérience client, vous apportez votre bonne humeur à la vie du magasin : accueil, encaissement, crédit, suivi des dossiers… à chaque client, son accompagnement spécifique !

Faire toujours la même chose ce n’est pas votre truc. Et ça tombe bien ! Dans notre magasin, vous serez amené(e) à prêter main forte à différents postes :

À la vente, vous êtes incollable sur les services que nous proposons.

En service après-vente, les procédures de reprises, d’échanges ou de remboursements n’ont aucun secret pour vous.

En rayon, vous veillez à une disposition parfaite des produits et à la clarté des informations destinées aux clients.

Et vous pourrez compter sur vos collègues… car chez BUT, le quotidien se vit toujours en équipe !

Qualifications

Vous êtes au top de la rigueur, de l’organisation et très engagé(e) pour que l’expérience client soit parfaite. Et pour la bonne ambiance, c’est votre esprit d’équipe, votre sourire et le plaisir que vous prenez à délivrer un service de qualité qui sont essentiels.
