Requisiti: - laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o un campo di studi equivalente. - almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software backend; - comprovata esperienza professionale nello sviluppo di infrastrutture per il trading algoritmico, i mercati finanziari elettronici o gli ecosistemi blockchain; - esperienza pratica nell'integrazione di exchange di criptovalute e protocolli decentralizzati. - ottima padronanza di Rust e Python; - esperienza con sistemi concorrenti e programmazione asincrona; - solida conoscenza di Linux e delle reti informatiche; - esperienza con database SQL e NoSQL; - conoscenza di infrastrutture cloud e pratiche DevOps; - esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di monitoraggio, osservabilità e risoluzione dei problemi (troubleshooting) in ambienti di produzione. - capacità di lavorare in autonomia; - spiccate doti analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi (problem-solving); - precisione e attenzione ai dettagli; - capacità di gestire e mantenere sistemi ad alta affidabilità e di importanza critica (mission-critical); - forte interesse per le tecnologie blockchain e la finanza quantitativa. - ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e del cinese

Competenze specialistiche: - conoscenza approfondita dei mercati delle criptovalute; - solida comprensione dei meccanismi dei registri degli ordini elettronici (electronic order book); - esperienza con blockchain pubbliche e protocolli DeFi; - comprensione avanzata di: o Arbitraggio tra exchange; o Gestione della liquidità; o Slippage; o Costi di transazione; o Gestione del rischio di esecuzione; o Smart contract.

Senior Cryptocurrency Arbitrage Infrastructure Developer

Responsibilities: - Developing low-latency automated trading systems; - Integrating centralized and decentralized exchanges via REST APIs, WebSockets, and RPC interfaces; - Developing software for collecting and processing real-time market data; - Implementing arbitrage systems across various exchanges and blockchains (cross-exchange and cross-chain); - Interacting with public blockchains, wallets, and smart contracts; - Developing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; - Managing and optimizing infrastructure performance; - Implementing operational risk controls and market position management systems; - Collaborating on the research and development of new quantitative trading strategies.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field of study; - At least 5 years of experience in backend software development; - Proven professional experience in developing infrastructure for algorithmic trading, electronic financial markets, or blockchain ecosystems; - Practical experience integrating cryptocurrency exchanges and decentralized protocols; - Excellent proficiency in Rust and Python; - Experience with concurrent systems and asynchronous programming; - Solid knowledge of Linux and computer networking; - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices; - Experience using monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting tools in production environments; - Ability to work autonomously; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Precision and attention to detail. - Ability to manage and maintain high-reliability, mission-critical systems; - Strong interest in blockchain technologies and quantitative finance. - Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese

Specialized skills: - in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets; - solid understanding of electronic order book mechanisms; - experience with public blockchains and DeFi protocols; - advanced understanding of: o Cross-exchange arbitrage; o Liquidity management; o Slippage; o Transaction costs; o Execution risk management; o Smart contracts.

Preferred qualifications: - experience at quantitative hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or digital asset market participants; - experience in developing infrastructure for arbitrage between centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges; - advanced proficiency in C, C++, Go, Solidity, Java, JavaScript, and related technologies; - contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
