The posting

Buzz Solutions builds AI-powered platforms — including PowerAI and PowerGUARD — that help electric utility clients inspect, monitor, and maintain critical infrastructure. As a Customer Support Specialist on our Solutions team, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers reaching out with technical questions and issues. You'll field inbound support requests (primarily via email, managed as Salesforce cases, with some phone support), troubleshoot technical problems, and partner closely with Engineering to get customers unblocked — all while helping build the documentation and processes that make our support function stronger over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer support requests, primarily via email (handled as Salesforce cases) with some phone support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers, applying strong tech support skills to diagnose root causes
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Engineering, including creating detailed Jira tickets and replicating reported bugs
  • Own and report on key support metrics: CSAT, first response time, and total resolution time
  • Create and maintain support documentation and processes (in SharePoint/Microsoft 365 and Confluence) to improve consistency and efficiency across the team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in both written and verbal form, translating technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Solutions team and Engineering to ensure customer issues are resolved thoroughly and on time

Required Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort learning new software platforms
  • Experience using Jira for issue tracking and bug replication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining support documentation and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple open cases at once
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce (Case Management/Service Cloud)
  • Experience with AI tooling (Claude, GPT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Confluence

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
