Bij Bouwonderneming De Greef in Ternat bouwen we niet alleen aan sterke projecten, maar ook aan een fijne werksfeer. Als gevestigde waarde in de regio en richting Brussel pakken we uiteenlopende bouwwerven aan. Om die ploeg te versterken, zoeken we een extra projectleider/werfleider.

Wat ons typeert? Geen dikke nekken of eindeloze vergaderingen, maar een nuchtere, familiale aanpak waarbij je rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerder en andere teamgenoten schakelt. Of je nu vast in loondienst wil komen of liever op zelfstandige basis met ons meewerkt: alles is bespreekbaar, zolang het maar klikt!

Wat wordt jouw rol?

Je staat met je voeten op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. Jij bent degene die de dagelijkse touwtjes in handen heeft, ploegen en onderaannemers aanstuurt, en technische problemen meteen ter plaatse kordaat aanpakt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijkse werforganisatie & aansturing: Je stuurt onze eigen werknemers, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan en stemt alles goed op elkaar af.
  • Plannen lezen & controleren: Je bijt je vast in uitvoeringsplannen en checkt feilloos de maatvoering, hoogtes en technische details.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je houdt streng de wacht over de kwaliteit, zowel van de ruwbouw als van de afwerking.
  • Planning opvolgen: Je bewaakt de timing en trekt op tijd aan de alarmbel als er vertraging dreigt.
  • Alles tijdig klaar: Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen, info en ploegen altijd op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn.
  • Problemen oplossen: Loopt er ergens iets stroef? Jij lost technische obstakels meteen slim en efficiënt op.
  • Sterke communicatie: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor architecten, klanten en alle andere bouwpartners.
  • Veiligheid boven alles: Je ziet er streng op toe dat er op een veilige, propere en nette werf wordt gewerkt.
  • Heldere rapportage: Je koppelt kort en bondig terug naar de zaakvoerder over de vooruitgang, eventuele knelpunten en meerwerken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als projectleider of werfleider in de residentiële bouw.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke praktische bouwkennis en kunt zelfstandig beoordelen of werken correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je leest en begrijpt bouwplannen en technische uitvoeringsdetails.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en volgt afspraken nauwgezet op.
  • Je durft mensen aan te spreken op kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Een bouwkundige opleiding is een troef. Gelijkwaardige ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
