Então, você se encaixa neste perfil?Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar no controle de entrada e saída dos colaboradores, bem como na distribuição de quartos e camas;Realizar inspeções periódicas para verificar as condições de limpeza, organização e conservação dos alojamentos;Controlar a entrega e devolução de chaves, roupas de cama e demais materiais;Atender às solicitações dos colaboradores, registrando e encaminhando demandas de manutenção e outras ocorrências;Orientar os colaboradores quanto às normas internas de utilização dos alojamentos;Manter atualizados os registros de ocupação e demais controles administrativos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office;Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Habilidade para atendimento ao público e resolução de demandas operacionais.Diferencial:Experiência anterior em alojamentos, hotelaria, hospedagem ou atividades administrativas.
