Er du autolakerer, og trives du med variation, nye kollegaer og forskellige arbejdssteder? Så har vi måske jobbet til dig!

Vi søger en dygtig og fleksibel autolakerer, der skal fungere som flyver på tværs af vores afdelinger i hele Danmark.

Du får derfor ikke én fast afdeling som din daglige arbejdsplads. I stedet træder du til dér, hvor der er brug for ekstra hænder. Det betyder masser af variation, forskellige opgaver og mulighed for at lære vores afdelinger og kollegaer i hele landet at kende.

Byens Bilpleje.com er Danmarks førende virksomhed inden for kosmetisk klargøring af biler, herunder autolakering, buleopretning, rustbeskyttelse og udskiftning af autoglas. Vi er bilbranchens foretrukne samarbejdspartner. Byens Bilpleje.com blev grundlagt i 1997 og beskæftiger i dag over 400 medarbejdere. Vi håndterer mere end 200.000 biler om året.

Hvad skal du lave?

Som vores landsdækkende flyver bliver du en del af vores lakeringshold og hjælper til i de afdelinger, hvor behovet er størst.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Klargøring og lakering af biler, herunder spartling, slibning, afdækning og sprøjtelakering
  • At sikre høj kvalitet og finish på det udførte arbejde
  • At træde til i vores forskellige afdelinger rundt omkring i Danmark
  • At samarbejde med forskellige teams og kollegaer på tværs af organisationen
  • At strukturere og styre dine egne opgaver – også når tempoet er højt
  • Og selvfølgelig alt det andet, der følger med en arbejdsdag, hvor ikke to dage nødvendigvis er ens

Hvem er du?

Stillingen er til dig, der godt kan lide frihed, ansvar og variation. Du skal være indstillet på, at arbejdsstedet skifter, og at jobbet indebærer kørsel rundt i Danmark.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har uddannelse eller solid erfaring som autolakerer
  • Går op i kvalitet og en flot finish
  • Er fleksibel og trives med at arbejde på forskellige lokationer
  • Hurtigt kan falde ind i et nyt team og samarbejde med forskellige kollegaer
  • Kan holde styr på dine opgaver, også når der er travlt
  • Er struktureret og selvstændig
  • Har kørekort (B)
