The posting

Arbejdstid: Timelønsansættelse - 30-37 timer om ugen. Mandag-Fredag.

Arbejdssted: Fredericia

Byens Rens har rigtig travlt og søger endnu en Kundeservicemedarbejder med en kommerciel- og SoMe profil til vores kundeserviceteam.

Ideelt søger vi én som kan vokse med opgaven og over tid måske gå fuldtid som SoMe/Marketingsmedarbejder. Men det skal forventes at de første 6-9 mdr. primært vil være Kundeservice-relaterede opgaver man vil beskæftige sig med for deraf at få en dyb forståelse af virksomheden og kunderne.

Opgaverne består blandt andet i at:

  • Rådgivning indgående/udgående af vores kunder forud for behandling af deres tøj
  • Kontakt til nøglekunder omkring SoMe opslag, kampagner og marketingsaktiviteter
  • Tage billeder og sætte SoMe content op i vores skabeloner
  • Eksekvering af vores marketingsplan, der laves i samarbejde med ledelse og eksternt bureau
  • Simpelt vedligehold af vores hjemmeside
