Position Overview

As an Instant Return Representative, you will play an important role in creating a positive final impression for our rental customers. You will assist customers through the express vehicle return process, provide courteous and efficient service, inspect returning vehicles, and ensure rental information is accurately recorded.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to contribute to both team success and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

-Greet customers and efficiently assist them through the vehicle return process.

-Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting with luggage or other reasonable customer requests.

-Inspect returning vehicles for damage, cleanliness, mileage, and fuel levels.

-Accurately document vehicle mileage, fuel levels, and any damage identified during the return process.

-Immediately report vehicle damage and communicate professionally with customers regarding any concerns.

-Assist customers with locating lost or forgotten belongings.

-Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment.

-Enter accurate information into company computer systems and tools.

-Follow established vehicle return procedures and other operational processes as directed.

-Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient operation and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Qualifications

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

-Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook.

-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

-Ability to communicate professionally and resolve customer concerns courteously.

-Valid driver's license in good standing (must be over the age of 18)
