Får högljudda skratt, svettiga gympaskor och epadunk ditt hjärta att slå? Vi söker en pedagog som vill kliva rakt in i ungdomarnas värld för att förmedla tro och hopp till en ny generation. Bygdeå församling har under de senaste åren utvecklat arbetet med unga. Nu behöver vi din hjälp att i första hand bygga vidare på och driva arbetet med ungdomsgrupper, konfirmation och utbildning av unga ledare. Som pedagog hos oss får du arbeta med ett möjliggörarperspektiv för att stärka det ideella engagemanget och du får också arbeta i ett nära samspel med resten av arbetslaget. Det är tillsammans vi gör jobbet och bär målsättningen om att vara en församlingsgemenskap där barn och unga känner att de har en självklar plats oavsett bakgrund och identitet. Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med unga professionellt eller inom föreningslivet och vi ser helst att du har en utbildning inom pedagogik. Du bär på en längtan efter att arbeta i kyrkan och dela tron med unga människor, att göra skillnad helt enkelt. Med värme och upptäckarlust skapar du mötesplatser där de får känna sig hemma och ana att tron också handlar om deras liv. Som person är du strukturerad och kan arbeta självständigt men älskar samarbete – oavsett om det handlar om kollegor i arbetslaget eller skolan och andra samhällsaktörer. Du tar ansvar och får saker att hända men är framför allt lyhörd för ungas behov och livssituation. Digitala arbetsverktyg hanterar du med lätthet och du uttrycker dig bra i både tal och skrift. Att försöka förstå ungas digitala liv och kunna använda de plattformar där de befinner sig är något du ser som självklart. Kommer du till oss får du vara en del av en församling där människor trivs på jobbet och du har du stora möjligheter att vara med och påverka verksamhetens inriktning och upplägg. Hela församlingen kommer att vara din arbetsplats men du utgår från Robertsfors kyrka. För att kunna söka tjänsten måste du tillhöra Svenska kyrkan och delar kyrkans värderingar. Du behöver också ha B-körkort och helst också tillgång till egen bil. Innan du blir anställd kommer du att få lämna ett utdrag ur belastningsregistret.
