Om tjänsten

Vi söker en engagerad och affärsdriven butiksansvarig säljare/butikschef till Bygghemmas showroom. Här får du en viktig roll i att skapa en inspirerande miljö där kunderna får personlig service, professionell rådgivning och hjälp att hitta rätt produkter till sina bygg- och renoveringsprojekt.

Du ansvarar för den dagliga driften och arbetar aktivt med försäljning, kundrelationer och utveckling av verksamheten. Vi söker dig som trivs med eget ansvar, gillar att göra affärer och motiveras av att skapa resultat tillsammans med kunder och kollegor. Det finns stora möjligheter för rätt person att utveckla och förbättra butiken samt driva mot nya försäljningskanaler.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvara för schemaläggning och bemanning av personal samt säkerställa att rätt resurser finns på plats för att ge kunderna bästa möjliga service.

· Arbeta aktivt med försäljning och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer.

· Ansvara för den dagliga driften och se till att showroomet är välkomnande, inspirerande och välorganiserat.

· Säkerställa en hög servicenivå och en professionell kundupplevelse.

· Följa upp försäljning, kundförfrågningar och affärsmöjligheter.

· Bidra till att utveckla vårt showroom, försäljning och verksamhetens resultat.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du är en positiv, självgående och lösningsorienterad person som brinner för försäljning och kundservice. Du har ett naturligt driv, är bra på att skapa förtroende och tycker om att ta ansvar.

Vi ser gärna att du:

· Har erfarenhet av försäljning, butik eller kundservice.

· Är affärsmässig och motiveras av att nå uppsatta mål.

· Har god kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt kundbemötande.

· Är strukturerad, initiativrik och trivs med att arbeta självständigt.

· Har intresse för bygg, renovering, hem och inredning.

Erfarenhet från byggbranschen eller tidigare ledarroll är meriterande, men ditt engagemang och din vilja att utvecklas är minst lika viktiga.
