Som Platschef har du ansvar för driften, personalen och resultatet på din butik. Du arbetar aktivt tillsammans med dina medarbetare för att skapa en fantastisk arbetsplats och en positiv kundupplevelse. Du har god förmåga att samarbeta och skapa relationer med både kunder och medarbetare.

Som Platschef har du en varierad vardag, men viktiga delar i rollen är:

  • Ledarskap: Kunna leda och inspirera medarbetare samt kommunicera professionellt med kunder och leverantörer.
  • Närvaro: Vara en del av teamet, arbeta operativt i butiken med dina medarbetare och visa vägen genom att vara en förebild.
  • Ansvar: Planera och hantera utmaningar både på kort och lång sikt, samt utveckla både butik och medarbetare.
  • Affärsmässig: Ha kunskap om försäljningsrapportering, uppföljning och budgetering för att säkerställa lönsamhet.

Vi söker dig med tidigare ledarerfarenhet, där du känner dig trygg i att leda andra och att utveckla den lokala driften av butiken. Har du även erfarenheten från en ledande befattning inom detaljhandeln och/eller erfarenhet från försäljning, drift och resultatansvar är det meriterande.

För att vara aktuell behöver du även ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt B-körkort.

Vi söker dig som är social och relationsbyggande. Du värdesätter att ha ett nära samarbete med både kunder och medarbetare. Vi ser även att du har en säljande ådra där du drivs av att utveckla butiken.

Det är även viktigt att du trivs i en varierad vardag där det händer mycket. Du gillar att styra upp och skapa rutiner utifrån vad som passar bäst lokalt.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med inledande provanställning om sex månader. Arbetstiderna inkluderar kvällar och helger. Vi värdesätter mångfald och välkomnar alla sökande!
