1、参与国际化创新业务离线/在线广告投放系统的设计与实现，支撑多端海量用户请求，打造高并发、低延迟、高稳定性的广告投放引擎； 2、深度参与多个国际APP的广告投放全链路建设，围绕算力分配、工程性能、算法工程化、第三方ADN变现等复杂场景进行系统优化； 3、参与国际化激励广告业务的研发与演进，结合金币策略、样式创新等手段，持续提升广告变现效率与用户体验； 4、与产品、算法等团队紧密协作，推动广告变现能力的持续优化，支持国际化创新业务的快速、稳健迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
