1、负责内部研发场景AI Agent平台架构设计与核心开发，实现具备代码生成、缺陷诊断、工程重构能力的智能体，落地规划、记忆、工具调用、多轮交互等核心能力； 2、结合交易广告业务研发流程，搭建AI原生研发工具：智能代码助手、自动化CodeReview、测试生成、线上故障诊断、知识库问答等，提升研发交付效率与代码质量； 3、开发Agent任务编排引擎，搭建标准化工具生态，打通代码仓、CI/CD、监控、测试平台等基础设施，实现研发流程端到端自动化； 4、搭建工程领域RAG知识系统，整合代码、技术文档、项目案例，为Agent提供精准知识支撑； 5、联动算法团队开展大模型场景适配，搭建Agent评测基准与指标体系，持续迭代智能体效果；优化平台使用体验、性能与可观测能力，搭建用户反馈闭环，推动AI研发工具规模化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能相关专业； 2、扎实工程功底，熟练掌握Python/Go/Java任一语言，具备分布式、高可用系统开发经验； 3、精通LLM应用技术栈，熟悉Prompt工程、Function Calling、RAG、Agent任务编排，拥有完整Agent系统落地经验； 4、了解LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等主流Agent框架，可基于框架二次开发； 5、熟悉AI辅助开发工具，对AI原生研发模式有实践思考； 6、良好跨团队协作能力，自驱力强，可推动复杂项目落地。
