1、负责AI Agent的架构设计与核心功能开发，包括设计并实现基于LLM的AI Agent核心架构，包括规划、推理、记忆管理、工具使用能力等；集成大模型、图片、视频等多模态能力，增强Agent的多模态交互与理解能力； 2、开发AI Agent与外部环境的交互接口，增强AI Agent能力；关注Agent系统的性能、稳定性、可扩展性和安全性； 3、负责AI Agent的效果评估与优化，包括设计和实施AI Agent的评测和评估方案，量化其效果（如任务完成率、准确性、效率、用户体验等）；持续监控Agent运行表现，分析日志和用户反馈，识别瓶颈和问题；对Agent的提示词、工作流、工具使用、模型选择、模型后训练等进行迭代优化，提升效果和效率。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/Golang编程语言，具备扎实的编程技能和算法设计能力； 3、熟悉至少一种主流AI Agent开发框架（如Eino、LangGraph等）； 4、需要有使用LLM进行项目开发和效果调优的经验，需要有直接调用LLM API并调试Prompt和上下文的经验。
