1、对标行业标杆架构与技术方案，推进Agent产品架构升级、工具优化及模型适配，提升整体性能； 2、推动Agent驱动模型的持续优化，探索Agentic方向的数据合成、预训练及后训练（SFT / RL）等技术路径； 3、搭建Agent评测体系，构建覆盖Dev领域核心场景的评测集，并持续引入业界最新Benchmark； 4、调研与评估前沿Agentic AI技术，推动其在编码、研发流程、效率工具与质量保障等场景中的落地应用。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关方向优先； 2、代码能力过硬，拥有良好的编程风格，熟练掌握Python、Go、Java、C/C++等至少一门编程语言； 3、具备扎实的工程落地能力、学术调研能力，以及逻辑与数据分析素养，对Agentic AI技术有浓厚兴趣； 4、拥有Agent System相关的研发实践经验者优先，熟悉强化学习算法，并具备Agentic RL实操经历者优先； 5、持续关注Agentic AI领域的前沿技术，拥有独立思考能力与系统化的研究思维，敢于突破现有技术范式； 6、具备优秀的沟通协作与问题解决能力，可与工程、产品等深度合作，推动技术高效落地并创造业务价值。

加分项 1、在NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/ACL/EMNLP等国际会议或期刊发表论文； 2、有高质量开源项目、研究型工程或竞赛成果。
