团队介绍：数据工程与平台团队旨在实现人类知识与经验向模型能力的加速迁移。我们从真实场景出发，通过模型短板识别、高质量数据定义、规模化数据生产，提升模型能力。与此同时，团队还致力于依托训练反馈，反哺数据设计，推动系统迭代，构建业内一流的数据工程能力与平台。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与面向大模型数据场景的Agent Infra平台建设，涵盖但不限于Sandbox、Tool Use、Memory、知识库、轨迹管理等核心能力； 2、面向数据合成、标注、评测等业务场景，设计并构建高效、稳定、可扩展的数据生产Workflow； 3、参与平台基础能力建设，持续提升系统在海量并发场景下的稳定性、性能与资源利用效率，完善端到端可观测性体系； 4、参与Agent Runtime、任务编排、状态管理、执行链路治理等方向的研发工作，支撑复杂任务的稳定运行与持续迭代； 5、探索Agent在数据生产平台中的应用，推动系统向更智能、更自动化的方向演进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识； 3、具备良好的编程能力和工程实现能力，熟悉至少一种常用编程语言，如Python、Go或C++； 4、对后端开发、系统设计、平台研发或数据处理有一定理解，对复杂系统和工程问题有持续兴趣； 5、对大模型、Agent Infra等方向有热情，具备较强的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，能够在快速变化的场景中持续学习和迭代。

加分项 1、在课程项目、实验室、竞赛、开源或实习中，有服务端开发、虚拟化、容器化、任务调度、分布式系统等相关实践经历； 2、对大模型、Agent、多模态、模型评测、工作流编排等方向有一定了解或实践经验； 3、有搭建工具链、开发平台系统、参与复杂工程项目或优化系统性能与稳定性的经历； 4、有开源贡献、技术竞赛、科研经历或较强的工程作品积累者优先。
