团队介绍：TikTok搜推算法团队，负责TikTok短视频产品的基础推荐、搜索算法，加入我们，你能接触到包括搜索、用户增长、社交、直播、内容创造、内容消费等核心业务场景，直接为核心用户体验负责，支持产品在全球赛道上高速发展。我们的工作内容包括大规模推荐算法的优化、复杂约束的优化问题的解决、多模态大模型的落地，并着力研究下一代AI Search和Chatbot的核心研发技术，包括不限于Multi-Agent、Agentic RL、Harness、Loop Engineering，探索强化学习在大模型时代的新范式。在这里，你可以深入钻研机器学习算法的改进和优化，探索前沿的技术；可以感受不同文化的碰撞，激发认知；可以通过对产品和内容生态的深度分析，影响产品未来的发展方向。

1、设计并实现推荐算法研发Agent，覆盖需求理解、数据分析、特征与模型诊断、实验方案生成、结果归因和迭代建议等场景； 2、构建Agent的核心能力，包括任务规划、工具调用、上下文与记忆管理、多Agent协作、异常恢复和人机协同； 3、将Agent接入推荐研发链路中的数据平台、实验平台、模型训练与评估系统，让复杂任务能够端到端执行，而不止停留在文本建议； 4、建立面向算法研发任务的评测体系，衡量正确性、可执行性、效率收益、稳定性与安全边界，并通过数据和反馈持续优化； 5、研究LLM在推荐算法场景中的应用方法，构建AI For Recommendation的下一代推荐系统； 6、与推荐算法、平台工程和产品团队紧密协作，把真实研发痛点抽象为可复用的Agent能力与平台组件。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、机器学习或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的算法与工程基础；熟悉至少一个方向：大语言模型、Agent系统、推荐系统、搜索/广告算法、机器学习平台； 3、理解LLM应用的关键技术，包括Prompt、RAG、Function Calling、上下文工程、评测与模型微调中的若干项； 4、具备良好的编程能力，熟练使用Python，并能在复杂工程系统中完成设计、开发、调试和性能优化； 5、能够把模糊问题拆解成可验证的假设、指标和实验，对结果有追根究底的习惯； 6、有开放的技术视野和强烈的产品意识，关注最终是否解决算法工程师的真实问题，而不是只追求Demo效果。

加分项 1、有生产级Agent、Copilot、LLM应用平台或模型后训练项目经验； 2、有大规模推荐、搜索或广告系统经验，熟悉召回、排序、多目标优化、在线实验和指标归因； 3、做过Agent评测、轨迹数据合成、强化学习或复杂工具调用，对可靠性和可观测性有实践经验； 4、参与过高质量开源项目，或在LLM、Agent、推荐系统相关方向发表过论文； 5、有从0到1推动新技术落地的经历，能在不确定性中快速找到可验证路径。
