1、负责AgentOps一站式AI研发平台能力建设，落地AI应用开发调试、全链路可观测、效果评测分析等功能，保障产品体验与系统稳定性； 2、负责大模型应用数据飞轮体系搭建，实现数据回流、加工处理、训练投递、评估部署的全流程平台化能力，构建全生命周期数据管理底座； 3、主导平台整体技术架构设计与持续优化，解决大规模业务场景下的技术难题，保障系统高可用、高性能与可扩展性； 4、跟进AI研发工具领域前沿技术，沉淀AI应用工程化最佳实践，通过平台化方式输出能力，助力AI应用高效落地与迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机专业基础，精通主流的后端/前端语言； 3、具备良好的系统设计与问题拆解能力，能独立完成技术攻坚，有高可用分布式系统/前端全栈项目研发经验者优先； 4、对LLMOps/AgentOps赛道有浓厚兴趣，自驱力与学习能力突出，能持续跟进AI领域前沿技术，工作严谨负责，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力； 5、有大模型应用开发、RAG/Agent落地、大数据平台建设、研发效能工具研发相关经验者优先。
