日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI沟通策略设计与行业落地：深入调研生活服务各细分行业（如餐饮、休闲娱乐、零售）商家需求与痛点，设计差异化的AI与商户沟通的策略与话术，通过Prompt工程与A/B测试，验证并优化策略效果，驱动转化提升，将验证有效的策略沉淀为产品需求，协同算法团队完成模型迭代，并推动规模化应用； 2、数据洞察与策略迭代：负责相关数据体系与监控看板的规划与建设，协同数据、工程团队落地，确保数据可观测、可分析；主动从业务数据与通话案例中发现问题，提出假设，并设计实验或分析进行验证； 3、主导专项分析项目，设计标注框架与规则，带领内容审核团队完成批量标注，通过数据分析得出结论，并转化为可执行的产品优化策略； 4、协同其他产品、运营团队，推动AI能力在多场景的接入与落地，独立负责需求全流程管理，包括需求文档撰写、评审、排期及上线后效果跟进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计、数学或相关专业优先； 2、工作中有良好的自驱性，责任感，具备优秀的业务理解、信息提炼和逻辑表达能力，能独立完成调研报告和需求文档； 3、具备基础数据敏感度，能使用Excel、SQL等工具进行简单数据分析； 4、每周5天全勤，连续实习5个月以上； 5、熟悉生活服务行业业务逻辑和有商家调研经验优先，有AI产品相关项目经验优先（如对话设计、Prompt工程、模型评测等）。
