1、负责新一代运维平台与AI效能相关系统的架构设计与研发； 2、参与全栈体系建设，贯穿前端应用、BFF/接口层与后端服务的完整链路； 3、负责Agent、工具链、知识能力等智能体框架建设，推动智能运维场景落地； 4、负责运维能力的标准化抽象与服务化封装，建设可复用、可扩展的平台底座。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的研发能力，熟练掌握1-2门前后端开发语言（Go/Node.js/Python/Java）； 3、熟悉Linux、网络协议、数据库、缓存、消息队列等基础设施技术栈； 4、善于思考、积极乐观，具备解决复杂问题的能力和积极应对挑战的态度，自驱学习。

加分项 1、有Agent及Workflow开发、评测、RAG、安全治理等实践经验； 2、熟悉Claude Code、Codex等AI Coding工具，将AI深度融入编码、调试、测试、文档和协作流程，主动用AI重构个人工作方式与研发习惯。
