日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、面向复杂业务场景，支撑数据流转与分析流程建设，提升整体处理效率与响应时效； 2、探索并实践基于模型的Agent能力与提示词设计方法，支撑多类型智能分析任务，并推动相关能力在实际业务场景下数据链路中的应用与优化； 3、全流程参与AI项目，包括数据采集、模型训练、评估与交付，了解标注驱动的AI系统开发闭环； 4、支持在纯英文环境下办公。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、计算机、人工智能、数据科学、大数据等专业背景优先； 2、有数据分析或商业分析实习经验优先，有国际化生活/留学经验优先； 3、英语听说读写能力良好，雅思6.5/托福95/六级550+优先； 4、熟练使用Excel和SQL，熟悉Hive，熟练使用Python或R进行数据分析与建模，熟悉机器学习、提示词工程（Prompt engineering）； 5、思维逻辑清晰，数据敏感性强，有良好沟通协作能力，主动性强，善于沟通，具备多任务管理能力； 6、能每周实习4天，持续6个月以上。
