ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：番茄畅听于2020年6月推出，是抖音旗下的免费音频产品，致力于为用户提供优质的音频体验。番茄畅听拥有海量的正版免费真人有声音频，音频类型丰富多样，包括有声书、评书相声、历史人文、学习成长等。

1、支持AI音乐大模型应用场景落地，包括但不限于收集音乐数据、训练已有的AI音乐模型等； 2、负责AI做歌相关前沿方法调研、实验和业务逻辑设计，并持续对齐产品功能的实际需求； 3、负责梳理和搭建算法训练与上线相关的效果评估标准与流程，建立稳定可复用的实验与落地环境； 4、根据Demo完成编曲工作，根据哼唱小样，制作相关风格的音乐； 5、具备一定MIDI制作能力，能够搭建评估Agent自助审核音乐人投稿的音乐作品。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机x音乐交叉背景优先，编曲及音乐录音相关专业优先； 2、在深度学习、语音和音乐等领域的会议和期刊发表过论文优先（如NIPS,AAAI,ICML,IJCAI,ICSSP,ISMIR,TASLP），有音频工具产品经验者优先；有较好的音乐素养，至少会演奏一种乐器，扎实的掌握和声、配器、复调、曲式等专业知识并且有较好的编曲和混音能力，具备独立完成多种风格音乐制作全流程的能力（即从作曲编曲到混音母带）； 3、能独立完成流行歌曲创作，熟悉电子、R&B、大流行、摇滚、古风、民谣等，自备常用的音色库，擅长运用各类音源，效果器等，至少熟练一种曲风及操作一种音频制作软件，比如：Cubase、Logic、FL Studio、Pro Tools等； 4、键盘或吉他功底好，具备即兴伴奏功底，系统学习过和声学； 5、具备创作经验、有个人既往独立完成的作品，作品成熟；至少独立完成3部影视/音乐作品集作品； 6、热爱音乐/听书/小说/短漫剧/短视频行业，实习6个月及以上者优先，长期实习可适当放宽第一条。
