1、抖音直播评论、关注、主播互动等核心互动场景负责产品导向和指标设计，建设社区优质互动氛围，引导主播与用户建立长期关系； 2、评论产品的链路优化和迭代：结合发评前、发评中、发评后的用户链路数据，分析评论生产和评论消费的核心漏斗数据和产品解决思路，主导产品迭代优化，提升评论生产和消费规模； 3、互动分场景的氛围产品建设：结合分主播类型、直播间内容的互动场景氛围产品和主播经营工具建设，提升公屏的社区氛围感受和用户参与规模。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、能够结合直播社区产品场景的分发导向，设计产品框架，结合用户需求实现产品上线；有数据分析的基础数据描述、处理和产出结论的能力，有SQL能力或统计学背景加分； 3、有2段及以上的实习工作经验（单次实习长度不低于6个月），有内容相关产品经验（直播最优）加分，完成过独立的项目需求从发起到上线的经历； 4、优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力，可协调多方资源高效落地复杂项目。
