日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度参与抖音电商、生活服务等领域的策略相关的AI数据应用、大模型与算法智能推荐从0到1搭建，覆盖需求挖掘、产品方案设计、研发落地、线上迭代全流程，联动研发、算法、数据、业务等多方团队推进项目； 2、独立负责策略平台AI基建，包含知识库、Skill工具、Chatbot、AI Native等能力，完成业务调研、需求梳理、PRD撰写，能快速学习业内领先的产品、技术理念完成平台的能力迭代； 3、跟进项目全流程推进，对齐算法、研发排期，协调解决落地卡点，推动功能上线并跟踪线上业务效果； 4、基于业务数据、用户反馈持续迭代产品，输出优化方案，提升标签生成效率与推荐业务转化效果； 5、参与产品中长期路线讨论，梳理大模型在策略场景下的落地机会，沉淀可复用的产品解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型能力在业务场景侧的落地有浓厚兴趣，有算法/AI/数据智能解决方案相关的课程项目/实习经历优先； 3、逻辑清晰，具备结构化拆解问题、独立输出产品文档的能力；能看懂基础业务数据，通过数据定位业务问题； 4、擅长跨团队沟通，责任心强，主动推进项目落地； 5、每周可出勤4-5天，能连续实习优先。
