1、作为生态伙伴招商团队的一员，你将深度参与招商机制的运营，并探索前沿AI工具与B端商业场景的结合，用技术为业务提效，用数据为决策引路； 2、招商材料制作与AI提效： 1）参与伙伴招商相关材料的策划与制作（包括招商方案PPT、合作手册、案例集等）； 2）负责研究主流AI工具与最佳实践，并将其灵活应用于材料生产流程中，提升内容输出效率与专业质量； 3、数据分析与洞察挖掘： 1）负责搭建、维护团队的招商数据看板，定期输出日常数据分析报告； 2）结合BI与AI工具，从数据中敏锐挖掘业务机会点，为招商策略优化提供方向； 4、招商机制运营与跨部门协作： 1）参与伙伴招商机制的设计、落地与持续优化，跟踪机制的实际运行效果； 2）协同销售、产品、运营等跨部门团队，对重点招商项目进行全流程支持（包括需求调研、方案撰写、进度跟踪与复盘）。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、核心特质（主人翁精神）：具备高度的主人翁精神和执行力；面对职责范围内的工作能做到全流程负责、主动推进，而不是被动等待指令； 3、学习能力：对AI技术和应用有浓厚兴趣，具备技术敏锐度，能够在一周内快速自学上手新的AI工具或业务系统； 4、专业技能： 1）PPT能力：逻辑思维清晰，能独立完成专业级商业演示文稿的策划与视觉制作； 2）数据能力：熟练使用Excel，并熟练掌握至少一种BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI、FineBI等）； 5、实习时间：每周可实习4天及以上，能连续实习6个月以上。

加分项 1、有SaaS、企业服务、平台或渠道招商、生态合作相关实习/项目经验； 2、熟悉主流AI工具，有Prompt Engineering、AI Agent搭建或AI运营相关实际经验； 3、目标导向、结果驱动型性格优先。
