1、负责AI for Security&Security AI两个方向的核心能力建设，支撑安全产品、服务、工具的AI智能化升级，同时解决AI Agent引入的全新安全威胁和挑战； 2、建立AI Agent运行时风险识别和管控能力，通过语义理解、序列建模和异常检测，识别跨对话、权限及工具调用的复杂与未知风险，快速聚合事件并输出风险评分，挖掘共性攻击、低频异常和长期风险趋势；构建情报驱动的持续优化闭环，利用算法理解威胁情报与安全事故，自动提炼攻击特征并快速生成候选规则，结合样本、评测及处置反馈，加速检测能力迭代，持续降低误报、漏报并量化算法收益； 3、驱动Agentic SOC产品演进，构建面向安全运营的Agent数据关联和推理能力并优化效果达到可无人值守自动化运营程度，通过算法能力、Agent优化，对规则、关联算法、Agent编排、检测模型进行优化，提升准召和自动化无人值守运营效果，降低人工投入占比； 4、推动数据安全基础能力升级，建立规则、小模型和大模型协同的全新多模态数据识别架构，并形成基于业务反馈持续评估与自主演进的智能化闭环；利用LLM深化识别体系深度，探索基于资产扫描和解析构建数据血缘及业务语义资产知识库，全面提升安全与业务协同的自动化、智能化程度； 5、设计与构建基于数据挖掘、规则引擎、机器学习、AI/LLM的智能化风险发现与检测系统，针对信息安全、隐私安全、网络安全等场景的各类安全风险，建立主动防御能力；持续追踪最新的智能化攻防技术，及安全威胁检测和响应手段，在1-2个安全产品方向上，负责主导中长期安全智能化发展规划，设计技术演进路线，加强防御纵深，确保安全防护体系始终处于行业领先水平； 6、与工程、数据、运营、BP等XFN安全团队紧密合作，深入字节跳动各个业务线，结合业务发展方向和需求，建设持久高效、可复用的智能安全能力体系，保障业务在高安全水位下持续稳定的发展。

1、计算机科学、统计学、数据科学或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具有三年及以上数据挖掘或机器学习相关经验，熟悉数据挖掘常用算法和理论，包括但不限于：数据预处理、统计学习、分类聚类、异常检测、图学习等算法，并有将这些算法应用于实际风控业务的经验； 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Go/Java/Python），具备优秀的编码能力；至少熟悉一种主流的机器学习/深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等）； 4、具有大数据处理相关经验，熟练使用Hive、SQL、Spark、Flink等工具进行大数据分析和挖掘； 5、机器学习理论基础扎实，具备将算法实际落地的能力；了解业界前沿技术动态，具备良好的系统设计和工程实现能力； 6、能够在高速对抗、跨团队协作的风控环境下保持积极主动的主人翁精神，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作技巧。
