日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入国际化广告业务，协助识别高价值、可自动化、可智能化的任务场景，参与设计广告Agent策略，包括规划执行、知识检索、工具调用、工作流编排等； 2、参与广告Agent评测体系建设，支持构建和维护广告Agent的Benchmark数据集、评测Rubrics、及评测工具和流程；协助进行模型评测与结果分析，定位Agent在理解、推理、工具调用、广告知识应用和回答质量上的问题； 3、持续关注AI Agent、大模型、企业服务及广告技术领域的产品趋势，主动体验前沿AI产品，结合Ads业务场景输出产品洞察和创新方案； 4、深度参与面向全球广告主的AI Agent产品建设，了解AI产品从技术实现到业务价值的完整链路； 5、在国际化、全球领先的数字广告平台场景中，与算法、工程、设计、数据和商业化团队协作，积累AI+数字营销方向的产品经验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据科学、市场营销、心理学、语言学或相关专业优先； 2、对AI、LLM、AI Agent或智能助手产品有兴趣，愿意深入理解AI产品的质量评估方法； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析和结构化表达能力，能够从复杂案例中总结问题、归因并提出改进建议； 4、有较强的执行力和细心程度，能够稳定完成数据整理、标注、评测和报告输出工作； 5、具备良好的中英文阅读与表达能力，能够处理英文广告场景、评测材料和产品文档； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月及以上优先。
