1、设计抖音电商商家达人营销产品，围绕券价工具、权益工具等营销场景，深入拆解商家和达人在不同经营阶段的真实营销诉求，设计可落地的产品方案，提升产品使用率与业务效果； 2、探索营销智能化方向，结合AI、算法与策略能力，推动智能托管、营销诊断、策略建议、预算分配、效果复盘等能力建设，帮助商家降低营销操作门槛，提升营销效率与经营效果； 3、建设营销价值度量体系，围绕增量价值，设计并跟进A/B实验，验证营销策略价值，让营销投入“看得见、算得清”； 4、持续关注电商、营销、AI等领域发展趋势，理解新技术在商家营销场景中的应用机会，优化体验与执行效率； 5、协同研发、算法、设计、运营、销售等团队推进项目落地，参与需求分析、方案设计、项目推进、上线验收和效果跟踪，并基于数据表现和用户反馈持续迭代产品。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、数学等理工科背景优先； 2、对电商、营销、广告、商家经营或AI产品方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意理解业务场景，具备产品意识和市场敏感度； 3、自驱、认真、负责，愿意面对有挑战的业务问题，能在不确定的环境中持续学习和推进工作； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够从复杂场景中抓住关键问题，并形成清晰的产品方案或解决思路； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、验证判断并推动产品优化； 6、有策略产品实习或项目经验者优先。
