日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际短剧剧本的整体质量，从选题、IP评估、大纲人设到剧本，判断内容方向是否成立，并对最终剧本的市场表现负责； 2、推进编剧创作，清晰拆解创作需求、诊断剧本问题、给出可执行的修改方案，推动多轮改稿直至定稿； 3、把控短剧的爽感——开篇钩子、人物关系、冲突反转、情绪节奏，保证剧本有强卖点、强追更； 4、持续研究国际市场与产品，跟踪欧美、拉美短剧的题材趋势和爆款打法，反哺选题与创作； 5、负责英文剧本的内容与语言把关，协同本地化确保表达地道、符合当地文化语境。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有短剧/网文/漫剧/影视编剧或责编经验，完整跟过剧本项目； 3、熟悉国际短剧市场，长期看国际短剧，了解主流平台的题材偏好与用户爽点；有出海短剧经验者优先； 4、英语四级以上，六级优先，能顺畅阅读英文剧本并做语言把关，能用英语书面沟通者优先； 5、熟悉或愿意快速学习AI辅助创作工具，能用AI提升审稿、改稿和素材整理效率； 6、沟通推进力强，能把意见讲清楚、推动外部编剧改到位，能接受多项目并行。
