1、参与AI Agent应用的设计、研发与落地，包括智能助手、自动化工作流、知识库问答、工具调用、任务编排等场景； 2、负责AI应用后端服务建设，包括接口设计、服务开发、数据处理、权限控制、监控告警、稳定性保障等工作； 3、与产品、算法、前端、测试、平台等团队协作，推动AI能力在真实业务流程中的应用落地； 4、持续关注AI Agent、大模型应用、服务端工程、云原生与智能化研发工具的发展，探索新技术在业务中的应用价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言，如Python、Go、Java、C++等，具备良好的编码能力和工程意识； 3、掌握计算机基础知识，包括数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库、软件工程等； 4、了解常见后端开发技术，如HTTP/RPC、MySQL、Redis、消息队列、微服务、容器化、监控告警等，有实际项目经验优先； 5、对大模型应用和AI Agent有实践经验或浓厚兴趣，了解以下任一方向优先： 1）Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、Tool Use； 2）RAG、Embedding、向量数据库、知识库问答； 3）Agent规划、任务拆解、多轮对话、记忆机制； 4）LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、Dify、扣子等AI应用开发框架或平台； 5）智能助手、自动化办公、代码助手、数据分析Agent、企业知识库等项目； 6、具备良好的问题拆解能力、学习能力、沟通协作能力和责任心，愿意在真实业务场景中探索AI应用落地。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、大模型应用、RAG系统、智能助手、自动化工作流等相关项目经验； 2、有服务端系统研发经验，理解接口设计、数据建模、系统稳定性、性能优化等工程实践； 3、参与过开源项目、技术竞赛、AI Hackathon、Kaggle、天池、ACM/ICPC等； 4、熟悉模型评测、A/B实验、数据标注、效果分析、安全合规等AI应用闭环； 5、有技术博客、开源作品、论文、专利或完整产品Demo经验。
