日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、策略挖掘与实验设计：分析AI回答、引用来源、品牌及产品表现和历史案例等信息，发现可干预机会；参与内容策略、品牌呈现方式和实验方案设计，提出可验证的策略假设； 2、效果分析与洞察迭代：结合实际发布内容、AI回答、引用与品牌露出结果，分析策略在不同问题和平台中的效果差异及变化，形成有证据支撑的判断与下一轮验证建议，沉淀可复用的策略经验； 3、Agent能力设计与产品落地：将策略分析与洞察方法转化为清晰的分析框架、Skills、工具需求及产品方案，提升Agent的分析、判断与策略生成能力；围绕具体问题开展Agent及相关产品研究，与研发和业务同学协作推进需求评审、测试与上线验收； 4、Agent评测与迭代：参与评测标准制定、效果对比；结合模型输出、执行过程与业务效果定位问题，推动相关产品能力持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可到岗5天，可持续实习3个月及以上，能够尽快到岗；具备较好的逻辑分析和洞察能力，能够从具体案例中发现问题、提炼规律给出分析推断与待验证假设； 3、愿意接受有挑战性的工作，能够适应快速迭代，学习能力强，做事主动负责，具有较强的合作意识和沟通表达能力，与产品、研发和业务同学顺畅协作； 4、需要有产品相关的实习经验，有Agent产品实习经验者优先。

加分项 1、有Agent、Skills、AI Workflow搭建与调试经验，或参与过模型评测、评测集建设、与效果优化； 2、了解增长、营销、广告投放、内容生产、SEO/GEO等业务场景。
