1、建设Agent Runtime与Harness，覆盖任务规划、工具调用、状态管理、异步执行、结果校验与异常恢复； 2、设计上下文构建、检索、压缩、记忆与缓存策略，平衡任务质量、响应延迟与Token成本； 3、建设工具接入协议、权限控制与插件机制，以及Trace、调试、评测与回归体系； 4、优化任务成功率、工具调用成功率、延迟与成本，完善重试、降级、幂等、可观测性及安全防护。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、自动化、电子信息等相关专业； 2、有LLM应用、Agent或复杂工作流的生产经验，理解任务拆解、工具编排、执行反馈与结果校验； 3、有Context Engineering实践经验，熟悉上下文构建、检索、压缩、记忆与缓存策略； 4、能独立设计可靠的API、存储、缓存、队列与异步任务系统，并具备测试和线上运维能力； 5、能在需求不明确时完成问题拆解、优先级判断与高质量交付，并持续跟进AI技术进展。
