1、负责移动OS测试领域AI提效的核心Agent及功能链路开发，深入理解测试领域提效重点并设计解决方案，设计和开发AI应用和解决方案原型，驱动AI提效； 2、负责Agent的开发，参与框架搭建，Prompt调优，工具开发，上下文管理等环节，技术驱动不断优化Agent落地效果，并降低数据中心成本； 3、负责跟踪AI技术趋势，关注语言模型、多模态模型最新动态，基于对模型的判断，思考人机交互等新范式在测试领域的落地场景，驱动AI提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Linux，掌握常用数据结构、算法、设计模式，至少熟练掌握Golang/Java/PHP/Python/C++一门编程语言； 3、对大模型和Agent有较深入的理解，了解Agent Architectures/Structures（Multi-Agent，Context Engineering/Management，ReAct/PlanAct/CodeAct），了解Agent相关的交互协议（MCP，A2A，Function Call），熟悉常见的LLM实施模式、提示工程、评估框架、代理框架和检索框架等； 4、了解模型的Post-training训练技术，具备针对特定模型能力问题进行SFT、RL训练优化优先； 5、具备产品思维，能够以用户为出发点，结合业务有效落地并实现收益，能参与需求设计并提出技术可行性建议，与产品、设计团队高效协作； 6、对Agent技术有实践经验，并能清晰阐述如何通过Agent解决实际业务问题；熟悉AI应用开发流程、有端到端跨技术栈开发能力或AIGC功能落地经验者优先。
