团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与Seedream生图模型迭代过程中的数据生产与评测自动化工作，结合PE与AI Agent架构设计数据自动化策略，搭建生图方向的自动化数据处理与评测链路，与产品、算法等团队沟通，参与全、半自动标注与评测流程，支撑模型能力提升与产品落地； 2、面向图片生成/编辑任务（文生图、图生图、指令编辑等），通过搭建Agent完成数据生成、评测、提取、清洗等处理任务；探索VLM在图片素材自动化处理、打分与归因中的应用，为生图数据/评测项目做技术手段提效； 3、搭建和维护自动化评测集与评测框架，围绕模型核心能力（指令理解、主体一致性、风格保持、细节还原、编辑精准度等）设计题库、标注规范与评测标准，推进自动化评测链路、评测数据管理、评测结果可视化与评测报告输出； 4、熟练运用PE提示词工程，定位数据生产与评测流程的效率瓶颈并提出优化方案，持续提升数据生产效率，沉淀可复用的自动化工具与评测资产； 5、分析模型迭代效果，对版本差异、能力变化、失败案例进行自动归因，输出可落地的结论和优化建议，反馈至算法与产品侧； 6、跟进前沿生图模型、多模态Agent与自动化评测方法，关注最新生成模型趋势，牵引数据团队与算法、产品团队深度融合，探索更高效的数据生产方式。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、对人工智能与数据处理领域充满热情，熟练掌握Python（会SQL加分），有自动化脚本/工具开发经验，有Agent、Workflow经验，包括但不限于SP、PE调优、深度参与PE/Skills优化并完成闭环者优先； 3、有PE项目实践经验，理解AI Agent工作原理，了解VLM、SFT与RL等基础概念，有模型训练数据构建、自动化数据处理或评估经验者加分； 4、对AIGC/图片生成模型有强烈兴趣并愿意长期投入，了解文生图、图生图等基本任务，有大模型评测（文本与视觉POC）经验者优先； 5、有较强责任心、自驱力、快速学习能力，思路清晰、逻辑性强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神； 6、长期主义，不仅关注“这次任务做完”，更关注“体系怎么变得更科学、更自动化、更可复用”。
