1、策略制定与需求承接：深度对接抖音系各业务端增长负责人，精准理解业务目标与用户需求，制定适配的素材策略，确保素材方向与业务增长路径同频； 2、素材生产与效果监控：协同代理及内部团队，完成创意需求梳理、素材生产制作、投放效果全链路监控与迭代优化，为投放目标负责； 3、爆款挖掘与资产沉淀：通过产品监控、渠道分析及站内资源（如短剧、曲库）挖掘，探索“起量组件×功能亮点×剪辑形式”的爆款素材公式，并建立标签化素材资产库，实现策略复用与效率倍增； 4、AI与自动化能力探索：积极推动AI技术在素材领域的应用，参与搭建“用例/热点捕捉→内容转译→素材产出→数据反哺”的AI Workflow，将AI用例挖掘作为核心亮点成果； 5、跨团队协作与生态优化：高效协同投放、产品、代理等多方资源，优化素材生产流程与生态，提升整体人效与素材质量。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，具备2年以上效果广告素材策略、投放运营或相关岗位经验；有市场团队或AI增长产品相关经验者优先； 2、专业能力： 1）策略思维：具备优秀的营销洞察与创意策略能力，能从业务与用户视角拆解素材需求，设计有效的传达结构； 2）数据驱动：拥有强烈的数据敏感度，能通过分析素材表现数据（CTR、CVR等）指导策略优化与迭代； 3）创意与审美：对内容创意与视觉呈现具备判断力，深刻理解“画风和品质高于一切”的团队要求； 4）AI认知：对AIGC、自动化素材生产等前沿技术有兴趣，并具备落地探索的意愿与能力； 3、软素质： 1）沟通协作：具备出色的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能在复杂协作中明确目标、对齐资源； 2）具备优良的项目应急协调能力与学习：能适应多线程的工作环境，有强烈的自驱力和快速学习能力； 3）结构化思维：善于将复杂问题结构化，输出清晰、可执行的方案。
