1、深度运用AI Coding工具开展豆包产品的日常研发工作，持续提升代码开发效率与交付质量； 2、主动探索AI工具在多端开发场景的优化方案，助力提升团队整体AI代码贡献率； 3、短期聚焦多端AI辅助开发能力建设，长期向全栈研发方向深耕，深度参与业务从需求评审到上线交付的全流程，推动产品需求闭环落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、良好的思维能力和计算机基础知识，有一定前端基础架构设计能力或者经验； 3、熟悉React和TypeScript，熟悉常见的设计模式，具备良好的分析能力和书面表达能力； 4、了解Hybrid架构，有跨端、IDE与编译、工具链、SDK开发经验优先； 5、富有好奇心，有强大的自我驱动力，对前端相关技术抱有好奇心，持续关注熟悉前沿技术。
