1、打造业界领先的多模态数据湖产品，支持文本、图像、视频、语音等多种模态，满足AI时代的数据处理及应用需求； 2、结合大模型、计算机视觉和语音的相关模型与技术，提升产品在AI场景的竞争力，支撑To B客户的需求； 3、面向泛互联网、金融、汽车、新零售、具身智能等行业，负责算法开发、数据蒸馏、模型训练、新技术的探索与落地。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，数学、统计学、计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟练掌握Python编程语言，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架； 3、具有LLM/MLLM相关研究/实践经验，熟悉多模态算法与数据处理技术； 4、具备优秀的解决问题和沟通协作能力，对挑战性问题存在良好的主动性与求知欲； 5、在ACM、Kaggle等编程/AI比赛中获奖者优先。
