团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音、国际化、创新与中台等业务的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音、国际化、大模型、番茄小说等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、参与数据Agent、知识库、评测等多方向产品设计，打造懂业务的AI智能体； 2、与业务对接，梳理业务需求，具备通过Skill交付业务需求的能力； 3、协同技术、运营、算法等团队，推进产品落地及推广。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数据分析、人工智能、软件工程、产品设计等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的业务意识，具备将AI与业务结合起来的能力，了解电商业务优先； 3、具备AI需求洞察能力，能够从业务场景中识别高价值AI机会，并通过合理方案解决用户核心痛点； 4、具备快速原型验证能力，熟悉主流大模型能力，能通过调研分析、Demo、Prompt、Vibe coding快速验证想法； 5、具备强烈的负责人意识、优秀的跨团队协作能力，能与算法、研发、设计、运营、售前高效协作，推动AI需求从方案设计到上线推广的完整流程，自我驱动、结果导向； 6、持续学习，主动关注大模型、Agent、大数据等技术进展，对于产品方向、行业趋势、市场机会有洞察力，能主动挖掘业务增长方向。
