1、参与质量运营工作，结合业务目标拆解为可执行的产品/运营路径，协同研发、产品等上下游团队高效取得阶段性结果，持续提升团队质量意识； 2、灵活、熟练运用大模型及AI编程工具（如Claude、Codex、TRAE等）解决质量实际问题，探索AI在风险识别、用例生成、问题分析、测试知识沉淀等场景中的落地； 3、参与质量工具平台与质量流程建设，包括但不限于需求流程、度量体系、AI测试能力建设等，推动质量保障从经验驱动向规则化、结构化、平台化、可复用升级； 4、参与产品研发全流程，围绕需求评审、方案设计、测试策略制定、上线准出、事故复盘等关键环节，识别核心质量风险并推动闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对质量工程、软件工程或质量运营方向有持续兴趣，有测试与质量保障、项目管理、平台产品相关实习实践经验者优先；具备良好的产品思维，能够深入挖掘用户需求和业务反馈，理解平台化产品建设逻辑；具备数据驱动的分析与决策能力，善于发现问题并寻找最佳方案推动解决； 3、具备优秀的问题抽象能力、系统思考能力和全局视角，能够透过现象看本质，将复杂、模糊的质量问题拆解为清晰可执行的子问题，理解质量与业务、效率与风险之间的平衡，推动问题从根因上得到解决； 4、具备良好的运营思维和运营推进能力，以及优秀的沟通表达、横向协作能力，善于结合业务目标拆解可执行路径，高效协同上下游团队推动质量流程落地；工作积极主动、耐心细致，具备高度责任心和优秀的执行力； 5、熟练使用至少一种AI编程工具（如Claude、Codex、TRAE等），能够将AI能力应用于问题分析、评测/自动化脚本开发、质量效率优化等场景；具备基础编程能力，至少熟悉Python、Golang、Java、C/C++等一门常用开发语言，有脚本开发、工具开发或工程实践经验者优先。

加分项 1、有AI能力在质量保障中落地实践（如风险识别、用例生成、问题分析、知识沉淀等），或具备AI场景设计能力，能够围绕质量保障链路识别高价值场景，完成场景拆解、流程设计、规则抽象和应用方案设计者优先； 2、了解自动化验证、持续集成、质量门禁或工程效率建设；了解常见算法评测方法与客观评估指标，有大模型、搜索、NLP、语音、多模态等相关评测经验者优先。
