1、面向GenAI时代，制定AI创作工具的隐私安全和合规发展规划，为用户打造安全、可信赖且适龄友好的使用体验； 2、建设通用的产品基建能力，完善用户隐私保护基建，在提升用户隐私体验的同时，为复杂业务场景提供高效、灵活的支持能力； 3、建立量化目标和成功指标，用于评估产品策略、功能和各通用组件的效果，并持续发现优化空间； 4、与设计、数据科学、工程、算法及信任&安全团队紧密协作，从产品方案设计到上线落地及持续迭代，确保在各个市场中实现优秀的用户体验、技术稳定性和合规性； 5、与法务、PR、相关部门等团队紧密合作，并将其系统性融入产品规划与迭代中。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有隐私、信任与安全、平台治理或相关领域实习经验者优先；具备良好的数据分析能力与数据驱动思维，具备成熟的项目管理、跨团队协作及推动复杂项目落地的能力； 3、英语可作为工作语言，具备国际化业务经验或复杂项目经验者优先； 4、对隐私相关法律法规有基础认知，能够将要求转化为可落地的产品策略，在合规、用户体验与技术实现之间实现平衡； 5、对AI安全与产品合规方向有热情，对用户信任与平台生态具备强烈责任感。
