1、负责CapCut模板、AIGC、AI特效、Agent模板等作者的内容供给策略制定，提升优质创作者规模和高质量模板产出； 2、搭建系统化创作者运营体系，包括拉新、留存、创作引导、成长等机制，优化作者生态结构； 3、深入理解创作者行为与需求，识别创作痛点，协同产品、研发、算法持续优化创作体验； 4、跟进全球内容生态与创作趋势，探索创新的作者运营方式与内容供给机制。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对AIGC内容有理解判断，有利用AI工具机制化解决问题的思路和能力； 3、擅长框架性拆解和机制化解决问题而非解决单点问题，协同推动复杂项目落地； 4、数据驱动，能独立制定并落地增长方案，熟悉国际化市场，具备跨文化沟通能力，内容理解能力强。
