日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责即梦Dreamina AI创作产品的规划与设计，深度参与文生图、文生视频、创作Agent、智能画布、灵感社区等核心模块的体验迭代； 2、将前沿的AI技术转化为卓越的用户价值，与算法、工程、设计等团队紧密协作，定义清晰的产品路线图，并推动高质量交付； 3、以用户为中心，驱动产品创新，深入洞察创作者在不同场景下的需求与痛点，通过用户访谈、数据分析等方式，挖掘产品机会，持续优化用户体验； 4、建立并完善AIGC创作产品的核心指标体系（如创作效率、作品质量、用户增长与留存等），运用数据驱动与A/B实验的方法，快速验证产品假设，实现产品目标的快速迭代； 5、关注AIGC内容生态的健康与安全，具备高度的AIGC安全和合规意识，设计和实施有效的产品策略，确保内容质量与社区氛围。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对AI技术有深入的理解，熟悉LLM、AI Agent、多模态、扩散模型（Diffusion Model）、视频生成等技术的基本原理、能力边界与应用潜力； 3、具备卓越的用户意识、丰富的产品想象力与强烈的好奇心，能从用户视角出发，设计出创新、易用且富有吸引力的产品功能； 4、拥有出色的沟通协作能力与项目推进能力，能胜任跨职能、跨文化背景的复杂协作，确保项目顺利推进并达成目标； 5、具备优秀的数据分析能力和指标体系建设经验，能够熟练运用数据指导产品决策，有从0到1或大规模用户增长的成功案例者优先； 6、对AIGC领域充满热情，是相关产品的深度用户，有独立思考和见解。
