日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、全栈产品研发：参与社交与通讯相关产品的客户端、前端或后端开发工作，在导师指导下完成从需求分析、方案设计到编码上线的完整研发流程； 2、工程体系建设：参与系统架构设计与优化、性能调优、API设计、自动化测试等工程化工作，提升系统的稳定性和可维护性； 3、AICoding实践：使用AICoding工具（如Cursor、Copilot、TRAE、Claude Code等）辅助日常开发，探索AI驱动的研发提效方式； 4、AI能力集成：参与将AI能力融入社交与通讯产品的技术方案设计与落地，如智能对话、内容理解、社交推荐等方向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等核心知识； 3、至少熟悉以下一个技术方向，有相关的项目实践经验； 1）客户端方向：熟悉Android（Java/Kotlin）、iOS（Swift/Objective-C）或鸿蒙（ArkTS）开发，了解移动端架构设计和性能优化； 2）前端方向：熟悉React/Vue/TypeScript等至少一种技术栈，了解前端工程化和性能优化； 3）后端方向：熟悉Go/Python/Java/C++等至少一门语言，了解常见系统设计概念（数据库、缓存、消息队列、RESTful API等）； 4、对全栈开发有热情和意愿，愿意在导师指导下拓展不熟悉的技术领域； 5、较强的自驱力和学习能力，能快速掌握新技术并应用于实际场景； 6、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作意识。
