1、参与抖音生活服务AI Native智能治理、智能服务产品建设，围绕用户体验、商家履约、服务保障、风险防控等场景，探索大模型、Agent、智能决策等能力的产品化落地； 2、面向餐饮、综合、酒旅等生活服务行业，设计用户投诉预警、异常行为识别、服务质量判断、智能赔付、治理策略生成等产品方案，推动AI从辅助工具升级为治理决策引擎，并重构业务工作流； 3、参与构建从模型效果、策略效果到用户体验指标的评估体系，结合业务数据持续优化AI产品效果和治理效率； 4、独立完成问题拆解、需求调研、方案设计和MVP、POC验证，联动算法、工程、运营、策略等团队推动产品上线； 5、跟踪AI产品、大模型应用和智能体技术趋势，结合生活服务亿级用户、多行业、多角色场景，探索AI在平台治理与服务体验中的创新应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品、大模型应用、Agent、Workflow、Prompt Engineering、RAG、智能决策等方向有强烈兴趣； 3、逻辑清晰、数据敏感，能够从复杂业务问题中识别关键矛盾，并输出结构化产品方案； 4、具备AI实践能力或技术理解力，能使用AI工具搭建Demo、完成产品原型验证，或参与过大模型应用、算法、风控、策略、数据分析等项目者优先； 5、具备良好的用户同理心、沟通协作能力和自驱力，能够与算法、工程、运营、策略等团队高效协同，推动想法从概念走向落地。
